We follow every building regulation and we always have onhand our Civil Engineer who ensures every step of the build is legal and the developer is following the architectural designs. It is the law in Corfu for a civil engineer to be on site when the laying of the steel and concrete foundations are happening, right up until all windows and doors are in. This is often a misconception for people buying abroad but we assure you this must been done in order to have a legal building.
While the house is under construction, we keep our clients informed of the progress and send weekly photos via email. When building in line with professional standards, we feel there is never anything to hide and are very confident at what we do as we are an honest company. Construction begins with laying the foundations.
These pictures give you a good idea of how they are laid out and the amount of work (and concrete) that goes into making them and regardless of whether its a small or a large footprint, the work and attention to detail remains the same.
Ensuring that it is completed in one session often means having a queue of mixers to be certain the flow doesn't stop until the job is complete.
Once the foundations are set the job of constructing the building begins.
The building can grow very quickly from here and again, the use of concrete means the structure is quick to erect and solid enough to handle those open plan spaces and large balconies we all love.
As you can see from the photographs we manage a variety of style builds and no project is too small or too large for us. We will renovate an existing dwelling or build an extension for you. We even have specialist stonework artisans to make your perfect wall or driveway.
