Corfiot Construction Enterprise is an established property and construction company. Our existence in the construction market dates from 1985. We are extremely proud to say that we offer a very respectable service and also find our clients become close friends with us.

We can assure that you will be provided with all the elements required when planning to buy, build or sell. Our company has at its disposal specialist staff with great experience and extensive knowledge.

Our authorised team consists of: skilled construction workers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, outstanding Civil Engineers, first class lawyers, high class Architects and all other technicians who are needed to ensure the buying and building procedure is correctly followed. CCE also help with obtaining a tax number, bank account, notary and mortgage if required.

CCE has a vast array of land and properties to buy which can be seen in the Real Estate gallery. If planning to build, we are currently offering a 50m2 house for only 50,000 Euros. Plans of this house can be seen on request via email.

We can meet any requirements of a build and are very confident that our clients will be highly satisfied with the result.

We Keep in Touch

While the house is under construction, our clients can monitor the building progress. We constantly send photos of the build to keep our clients updated on the progression.

We build in line with professional standards and the quality of our buildings can be seen throughout.

We work with SPARTHERM, a German based company who deal with energy efficient fireplaces. This is in-keeping with our philosophy of being as ECO-friendly as possible.

In addition to this, we also work with Eco Energy who provide photovoltaic systems for all building sizes. These are proving to be very popular in Corfu.
